Valentine’s Day DIY: Strawberry Peppermint Foot Scrub

Author of Bonding Over Beauty and blogger, Erika Katz, has invented some amazing peppermint foot scrub just in time for Valentine’s Day! Forgo the expensive spa pedicure and give yourself a good scrub down with this easy at-home recipe. It doesn’t hurt that this scrub smells so good, too!

 

Ingredients:

2 pureed strawberries

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and

2 tablespoons of granulated white sugar

4 drops peppermint essential oil

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients well and put into a pretty jar.

I like to use strawberries in this recipe because they are rich in salicylic acid which helps dead skin shed more easily. … Read More »
