The line of beautiful and chic vintage-inspired dresses and separates for girls and women from designer Stacey Fraser has finally opened its first NYC store! Open seven days a week, this new jewel of a boutique is located in Carnegie Hill on the Upper East Side at 1223 Madison Avenue between 88th and 89th Street. This is the second retail location for Pink Chicken, which opened its first store in Amagansett in the Hamptons in 2009.
