The kids and I went to the 4th annual Rock ‘n Rib Festival outside the BOK Center in Downtown Tulsa this last weekend. We sampled ribs, brisket, pulled pork and chicken from professional rib “pitmasters” cooking under a massive wall of banners and huge tents.
These guys were serious about their BBQ!
Clara wore her black leather vest and really fit in with the crowd.
We tried the chicken with a tangy sauce and…
the ribs with a more sweet sauce. The best part about these ribs was that the meat was fall off the bone tender.
