On a casual day, in gloomy Washington, you rely on accessories to make your outfit pop. This can be accomplished in several ways. One, color, use bright accents to add to your neutral outfit. Two, statement pieces, pieces like the Lori cheetah bracelet by Robyn Rhodes (featured in these photos). Three, layered accessories, which make the bulk stand out against a simple outfit. All three concepts I used on a casual walk to the nearby Starbucks. Pairing the layered gold Lana ring with layered turquoise bracelets, topping it off with the Lori cheetah statement bracelet, along with my simple white t-shirt and flowing beach pants, allowed for a perfect coffee outing outfit.
My outfit and beachy-bohemian feel also allowed for a meditative sun bathing to finish off the walk. Nothing like a zen moment to counter act the caffeine in a chai tea latte.
