With the New Year in its infancy gender expert and bestselling author Susan Shapiro Barash (www.susanshapirobarash.com), author of several books including her most recent, “Toxic Friends: The Antidote For Women Stuck in Complicated Friendships,” advises weeding out those toxic friends and having the courage, especially if you’re cleaning out your closets, your home office, your child’s toy chest, to also rid yourself of people who are harmful to your health.
